Morning Jeera Shot
Chai can wait. Jeera first. ☀️
Your dadi's jeera-pani, glow-up edition. Roasted jeera, dhaniya and saunf, brewed like a kadha and brightened with lemon and a touch of jaggery. It's savoury, warm and citrusy, and it fits in your fridge door.
What's inside
Roasted jeera (cumin), dhaniya (coriander seed), saunf (fennel), lemon, ginger, jaggery, a hint of ajwain, black pepper and saindhava (rock salt).
The ritual
- Shake it, then sip one 50 ml shot on waking, on an empty stomach.
- Wait 15–20 minutes before breakfast or chai.
- Do it daily. The magic is in the habit.
Why jeera?
In Ayurveda, jeera, dhaniya and saunf are a classic trio traditionally used to support agni, your digestive fire. We just made it taste like a treat.
Good to know
Contains jaggery. If you're pregnant, on a salt-restricted diet or prone to acidity, check with your doctor first. Keep refrigerated.
