Gut Glow Shot
Your pet (stomach) says thank you. π
Tart amla up front, a ginger kick, then a soft saunf-and-date finish. Think of it as an amla-ginger lemonade with 5,000 years of backstory, in one tiny, tangy shot for a happy gut.
What's inside
Amla (Indian gooseberry), ginger, saunf (fennel), lemon, date, a little haritaki, mint and saindhava (rock salt).
The ritual
- Shake it, then sip one 50 ml shot on waking or 20β30 minutes before lunch.
- Rinse with water after, because amla is tangy.
- Daily works best. Pair it with Morning Jeera for the full ritual.
Why amla + ginger?
Amla is one of Ayurveda's most loved daily rasayanas, and ginger before a meal is a time-honoured way to wake up agni, your digestive fire. Together they're traditionally used to support healthy digestion.
